For all occupants' protection, the unit has a lock on it. When you are ready to move in, Call 575-541-1256 (Monday - Friday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm) to receive the combination to the lock. $10.00 lock deposit applies and is refunded upon return of combination lock to office.
